<p>The 16U teams were represented well once again in Southern California as 16 Utah teams made it to the Spring Kick Off that is put on by Ryan Silver and West Coast Elite. It was apparent that some teams played higher competition than others. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Salt Lake Bounce</span>: There were three players that we were impressed with, Maty Rodriguez, Talon Valdes and Matt Rohden. When they move the ball they are a tough group.They went 2-2 against good competition.</p>
<p>42-56 vs. Rose City Ballers</p>
<p>60-66 vs. JSK Blue</p>
<p>66-32 vs. Oregon Basketball Club</p>
<p>54-32 vs. Veritas</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Utah Empire</span>: Empire put out a good product out on the floor as they are traveling further away from Utah than they have in the past. They were able to go 3-1 </p>
<p>46-54 vs. WCE Nor Cal</p>
<p>58-53 vs. UTU Gorillas </p>
<p>46-37 vs. OGP HQ Black</p>
<p>63-39 vs. Active PCH (OR)</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">UBC Select</span>: They started rough but were able to recover and go 2-2 </p>
<p>36-56 vs. WCE Rockwell Nor Cal</p>
<p>43-57 vs. SoCal Spartans</p>
<p>33-29 vs. Team Prep (AZ)</p>
<p>48-43 vs. 3Ball</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Salt Lake Rebels</span>: The Rebels always put together a team that can run and shoot the ball well and that was the case this weekend.</p>
<p>60-64 vs. Seasides Finest</p>
<p>76-56- vs. Powerhouse Hoops (White)</p>
<p>65-39 vs. IEU Basketball</p>
<p>62-65 vs, Aim High (AZ)</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">UBC Elite</span>: This team is lead by Ajal Juang and Kobe Schriver who played valiantly as they went 0-4</p>
<p>49-66 vs, Hot Shots</p>
<p>49-62 vs. Vegas Elite (Henderson)</p>
<p>46-54 vs. OGP Kings</p>
<p>44-66 vs. WCE Girley LA</p>
<p>Look fo rthese teams to ramp it up and have a good showing come July.</p>
