<p>The Salt Lake Rebels have started their Spring and Summer season as the played in the Pangos Summer Showcase in Southern California. The Rebels had a few players that stood out in this showcase. The Rebels have always had a reputation of having shooters on their team mixed in with some athletes. This year is no different. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">2020 Standouts</span></p>
<p><strong>6'7 Luke Brower</strong> had a good showing as the lengthy big can go inside with good footwork but he also has a nice mid-range game. Another player that had a good weekend for the Rebels 17U program was late addition <strong>Caleb Koski</strong> the 6'6 W/F had a fantastic high school season playing 1A ball but looks to show his skill against the best talent in the country. </p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">2021 Standouts</span></p>
<p>The 16U Rebels squad has two back court players that played well. 5'9 <strong>Phill Harris</strong> of Corner Canyon High School who's team recently won the 5A State Championship. The speedy PG will be a problem for defenders as his quickness can get him to the rim and away from pressuring teams. He is a good shooter as well. <strong>Race Young</strong> also had a good weekend shooting the ball for the 15U Rebels. </p>
<p>Look for the Rebels to continue to improve as the AAU season progresses. The Rebels will be at the So Cal Spring Tip-Off in Anaheim, California for their next tournament.</p>
