Grind Region Preview: All-Missouri Attack
We may be in the middle of high school basketball season but it’s not too early to look ahead to what’s coming up on the AAU circuit. Over the next few months we will be taking a look at the teams that will be participating in the PrepHoops Circuit Grind Region and here’s a look at All-Missouri Attack.
All-Missouri Attack will have a team in the 17U division of the Grind Region. They will be participating in the Midwest Grind Session, Show Me Showdown, and Grind Region Finals.
Here’s a transcript of a conversation we had with assistant director Jason McMillen.
Why did you start your program? How long have you been around?
All Missouri Attack was established in 2009 by Coach Darin Meinders, and has had a positive impact on youth in Southwest Missouri. He started the program to provide an educational and national-level competitive basketball program that focuses on learning fundamentals, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We use the sport of basketball as a tool to assist young men and women in their athletic, educational, professional and life skill development.
What is the goal of your program for 2019?
Our goal every year is to develop our players to be high level character individuals while providing a national-level competitive basketball program. We want to mentor our players to be leaders and role models both on and off the court. We want to help these young men and women grow as a player and have a chance of earning a college scholarship at any level.
What is your program’s mission each year?
Our emphasis is to teach fundamentals, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Our mission is to provide opportunities for our players to compete at a national-level and to compete in front of college colleges at the right level that will benefit our players future.
Do you know of any players that will be back in your program this year? Who should we have our eye on?

Why did you choose the Prep Hoops Circuit?
Prep Hoops tournaments are very well run, great staff, excellent competition and has a great reputation for player coverage. It is the perfect platform that will provide maximum exposure for our players. I can’t say enough good things about Prep Hoops.
