Dakotas Top 250 Expo: Double Threat
Kobe Busch 2020 Huron
Busch uses his extreme athletic ability and height to be disruptive on both sides of the ball. He can score from pretty much anywhere on the floor. He showed hustle and his jumping ability when he chased down and blocked a fastbreak layup.
Max McCulloch 2020 Milbank Area
If you need a guy that plays with a lot of heart and hustle then Max McCulloch is the guy for you. He was all over the place at the Expo. Chasing down loose balls, playing tough-nosed defense and pulling down tough rebounds. He also was a force on the offensive side.
Wilson Harshbourger 2020 Sioux Center
When you are 6’8 and have good coordination like Harshbourger has it’s pretty hard to stop. He is tough to stop down low and then will step out and hit jumpers. On defense, it’s hard to score through him as he has a knack for protecting the rim effectively without fouling.
Dylan Pourier 2019 RC Stevens
What stood out most to me is his communication while playing. He was rarely quiet and I could hear him on the other side of the court at one time. He helps his teammates through screens and helps off them. On offense, he has been working tirelessly to improve his offensive production and it showed at the Expo hitting jumpers with complete ease.
Mason Ritter 2019 Tea Area
One of the best role players in the area Ritter has been a part of the tough Titan teams the past couple of seasons. He recently committed to play basketball at Dakota State next season and the Trojans are getting a good one. He is very tough on the defensive side quick steps and is very annoying on defense. He has a very consistent shot that will make any offensively minded coach salivate.
Tyson Elliot 2019 RC Stevens
One of three top notched guards RC Stevens will have at their disposal next season. Elliot has as good as a shot you’ll see in that area. He scored in several different ways at the expo and worked his butt off on the defensive end making sure his opponent didn’t get anything easy.
