Justice Ajogbor was a man against boys when he had the ball, rebounding or blocking shots tonight. Saw him Tuesday and gets better each time I see him. Working on establishing position and timing is getting better. Could be one of the top big men in the country in 2 seasons.
Josiah JamesJosiah James was steady all weekend. Scored it when he needed to. Very vocal when he needed to be. Made the right pass when he needed to. Has a long list of intangibles that you can’t teach. Great size at the PG spot. He has over 15 high-major Division One offers.
2019 Austin Inge is as steady as the come at the PG spot. Doesn’t make mistakes. Really good defender that can knock down shots on the other end for Greensboro Day. He wasn’t relied upon as much last season with the upperclassmen that Greensboro Day had but he is getting his time too shine to this season.
Greensboro Day 2021 guard Carson McCorkle is a talent to watch. Grabbed loose ball and took off with a finish at the rim. Understands game the game and is killed, Smart, High IQ and very athletic. McCorkle spent last season at Broughton HS in Raleigh and made the move to Greensboro Day this summer.
Jacobi Wright-The class of 2021 guard is mature beyond his years and is going to be one of the be one of the better prospects in that class out of the Carolinas’. He is skilled at the guard position, can attack off the dribble and can shoot it from deep consistently. He is not afraid to go against the big boys and thrives in the open floor.
Norance Berry-Born and raised in the basketball hotbed of Cleveland, Tennessee, Berry is a solid built guard that can score from anywhere on the floor. He has a chiseled frame and is starting to get a hang of the faster game that Christ School plays. He has offers from Tennessee, East Tennessee and Tennesssee-Chattanooga.
