Conference Preview: Public High League
The Public High League pulled off a tremendous feat during the 2017 postseason when two schools came home with state championships. Vashon won the Class 4 state championship for the second consecutive year to add to their big trophy case. In Class 3, Northwest Academy made history by winning the state championship for the first time ever. The Hornets did it in dramatic fashion with a big come-from-behind victory over Whitfield in the state championship game. Once again, there is plenty of quality in the PHL.
