Believe Sports Academy HS – Athens, TN
Believe Sports Academy HS along with their 4 post graduate teams made there way down to Myrtle Beach, SC to play in the 3rd Annual Swanny’s Jamboree this past weekend. Believe Sports Academy has over 65 players in the program and is being run out of Athens, TN.Head Coach Randy Casey runs the high school team. Casey coached last season T-N-G Prep after coming down from the Blue Grass State.
Joel Ntwambe (2018) (pictured on front)
Ntwambe 6’9 is extremely talented and versatile on the floor. Ntwambe played point guard here most of the day and rebounded on both ends of the floor. Ntambwe a Congo, Africa native played last season at Forest Trail Academy. (NC)
Ntwambe has received offers from UNLV, Providence, Cincinnati, Tennessee, Western Kentucky to name just a few. Ntwambe has all the tools in the world to play at the highest level when he decides to put it all together on the floor.
Coulter Dotson (2018)
Dotson a local product from White Bluff, TN scored over 1,000 points at Creek Wood HS. Dotson 6’5 connected on some perimeter shots today.
Malcolm Farrington (2018)
Farrington comes to Believe Sports Academy from Conrad Academy (FL) last season. Farrington 6’4 is a West Palm Beach, FL native. Farrington can really defend the ball and stroke the ball from behind the arc.
Devan Cambridge (2019)
Cambridge 6’6 plays very active around the cup. Cambridge a Nashville, TN resident has already received interest from Georgia Tech, Austin Peay and East Tennessee State. Cambridge is a great leaper and really likes to play above the rim. Several times this weekend, Cambridge played inside-out on the floor.
Jimma Gatwech (2018)
Gatwech is extremely long and bouncy on the floor. Gatwech likes to stalk the baseline when given the chance. Gatwech 6’2 hails from Lincoln, NE.
Roberts Dembskis (2018)
Dembskis 6’9 from Latvia plays with his back to the basket. Dembskis is not afraid to mix it up in the paint and draw contact.
