Prep Hoops Indiana Senior Showcase
Power Forwards
Caleb Middlesworth – 6’8” | Oak Hill High School
Caleb Middlesworth had it all working on offense. He scored at a high rate with his back to the basket on some tough moves and finishes while also stepping away from the rim and knocking down jumpers. He has improved his jump shot to the point of being a consistent threat from deep. Middlesworth also rebounded on both ends of the floor well. Strong and savy forward with good hands and a soft touch.

Darian Porch – 6’6” | Indianapolis Pike High School
Porch was an intriguing prospect at the showcase. The forward showed off his athleticism with finishes above the rim in transition and in the half court. He was a force on the glass and ran the floor well. Good finisher in traffic with the ability to step away from the basket and attack off the bounce or knock down the jumper. Major impact on the defensive end of the floor with his quickness and ability to read into the offenses tendencies.
Asher Blum – 6’7” | Fort Wayne South Side High School
Blum looked good getting out in the open floor and attacking the basket off the bounce. He proved that he can be a dynamic scorer by knocking down jump shots while also scoring in the low post. His court awareness is improving which was evident with the passes he was making. Asher is gaining confidence attacking the glass on both ends and can bring many different things to his team.

Lucas Lehrman – 6’9” | Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger High School
Lucas Lehrman has improved every facet of his game. He is much more patient with his back to the basket in the low post and makes stronger moves going to the basket to finish. Lucas also stepped away from the basket which showed his ability to knock down the long ball. His ball skills and passing out of the low post are two areas that he has shown major strides in. He also showed that he can guard the pick-and-roll in a hedge, switch, or trap situation. Great showcase for Lehrman.

James Burns – 6’6” | Lafayette Jefferson High School
James Burns was the biggest surprise of the showcase. He turned heads all around the gym with his rim-raising finishes in traffic. He was comfortable stepping away from the basket and putting the ball on the floor to create opportunities. By far one of the quickest improving players in the state. His jump shot was consistent, he finished above the rim, and he impacted the game on both ends of the floor. Athletic and dynamic scorer with a knack for influencing the game in multiple ways.
