Top Performers: 17u Prospects
Trevon Faulkner (Guard), Twenty Two Vision (Mercer County)
Faulkner is averaging 10.9 points per game and 5.5 rebounds. His best game thus far was a 15 point and 7 rebound vs. Game Elite 2019. Faulkner has really started to show a knack of controlling his teams offense and being more aggressive. So far during the Gauntlet he has earned scholarships from Louisiana-Lafayette and Northern Kentucky.
Adam Kunkel (Guard), Twenty Two Vision (Cooper)
Kunkel is averaging 8 points and 3 rebounds per game. His best performance up to this point was a 13 point, 4 assist and 3 rebound game vs. Team Bradley. Kunkel has offers from Lipscomb, Central Arkansas, and Samford.
Andrew Taylor (Guard), Twenty Two Vision (Corbin)
Taylor is averaging 8 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. He had a 15 point and 3 rebound performance vs. Team Bradley. Taylor picked up an offer from Wright State after the first weekend. Before the AAU season started Belmont offered.
CJ Fredrick (Guard), Indiana Elite (Covington Catholic)
The Covington Catholic junior joins a host of Kentucky players opting to play with powerhouse Indiana Elite this summer. He is averaging 11.6 points per game and 3.1 rebounds. Best Game? 19 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists vs. Stackhouse Elite. Fredrick holds offers from Nebraska, Iowa, Wright State, Northern Kentucky, and a number of others.
Anthony Wales (Guard), Louisville Magic (Fern Creek)
The Samford commit is averaging 9 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assists per game. Best game? 13 points, 4 assists, 3 rebounds vs. Team Loaded NC.
Benson Lin, (Guard), Louisville Magic (Wesley Christian)
10.8 ppg, 4.5 rbs through two weekends. Best Game? 15 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists vs. Arkansas Hawks. Lin is receiving interest from Elon, Creighton, and George Washington.
Christian Lorng (Forward/Center), Louisville Magic (Wesley Christian)
Lorng has probably had the most impressive two weekends of anyone not named Chance Moore. The 2018 big man is averaging 10.3 points and 7.9 rebounds per game Best game? 14 points and 11 rebounds vs. Team Loaded NC. Over the last two weeks he has received offers from Creighton, Tennessee, Houston, NKU and interested from about a million others.
Chance Moore (Forward), Louisville Magic (Fern Creek, 2017)
The 2017 prospect from Fern Creek is averaging 14.8 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. Best game? 27 points and 9 rebounds vs. Team Loaded NC. He finally earned a scholarship from Cleveland State after this weekend. Moore is sure to be noticed and we’d be shocked if he played AAU all summer.
Trey Hill (Guard), Team Vision (Pleasure Ridge Park)
The Pleasure Ridge park guard is averaging 11 points per game and 6 rebounds. He has offers from EKU, VCU, Radford, and Furman.
