A long, rangy 6’7 wing player, Lee possesses elite length, quickness and burst off the floor. He has the ability to block shots, play above the rim at both ends of the floor and finishes with authoritative slams.
Lee spent the season at Park Hill playing inside due to his size and ability to play above the rim and was a part of a talented front line that featured 6’10 2019 Roman Wilson and 6’5 football prospect Chester Graves.
Although he mostly played inside this past season, Lee has the ability to step out and knock down perimeter shots with range out to the 3-point line.
He is spending the offseason playing with the Kansas City Pacers, one of the better all-around grassroots programs in the Kansas City area.
“The Pacers has been some of the most fun and hardworking environments I’ve ever been in, it truly feels like a family pushing one another to get better each day,” Lee said.
A fan of the San Antonio Spurs’ Kawhi Leonard, Lee says the biggest influence on his basketball career has been his dad, who has battled illness in recent years.
“He is becoming and offensive powerhouse and always has outstanding defense,” Lee said. “My dad has been my greatest influence as he suffered from lung cancer but throughout all the surgeries and chemo therapy he has continued to support me and push me to strive for greater things.”
Lee currently does not hold any offers, but has heard from Cornell and Army and says he hopes a big offseason will draw even more attention this summer.
