Strengths: The strength of this group is a few different things. With Pumphrey on the interior, they have a legit shot blocker who could really change things against guards who are looking to drive. They also have shot makers with Langkabel, Owen, and Silcott on the wing. That combination could surprise some teams.
Why College Programs Should Watch: From DIII to NAIA to some DII programs should be watching this team. They have a big man with a really good skill in shot blocking as well as a variety of guards and wings that give different looks but most should be able to find a fit in college.
Player To Watch: Hayden Langkabel (Morristown) – In this 2018 class, there are going to quite a few really good guards and so some are likely to get buried a little bit but Langkabel shouldn’t be one of those. His scoring ability is legit and he’s got a great frame and body already. Could be one of the biggest risers in this class.
Where To Find Them: This Indiana Legends group will stick around the Indiana area so most local programs will be able to recruit them all season long. Should find them in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne.
