So what is there to like about the Unsigned Senior from Clinton HS? Well first you have to look at what he can do on the floor from the guard spot. He plays the game on his toes and has a nice mixture of quickness and athletic ability to make plays above the rim. Watching him at the Fab 40 Camp against some of the top players from the east side of the state you could see how easily he got to whatever spot he wanted to get to. Even though he has a natural ability to score the ball he isn’t a selfish player, he gets others involved and understand making the great play instead of just a good play.
So another question that may be asked is, is he a winner? Well to the answer that question all you would need to do is take a look at his high school team’s record this year as Clinton would go on to finish the season 27-3. His numbers from the high school season may not jump out at you with him averaging 17 Points & 5 Rebounds per game, however when you consider the percentage he shot and the way he got his buckets within the flow of the offense you will be impressed without a doubt. So what about his grades? After speaking with multiple sources they all have informed me that he is a very good student and performs well in the classroom. So as signing day gets closer it will be interesting to see which schools will pull the trigger, D2 schools should be on board already without a doubt and D1 should be picking up the phone to inquire.
