Wright has the ability to score the basketball and take care of the ball.
“I play hard nonstop and attack the hard,” he says. “And the thing I do best on the court is the ability to create open shots for my teammates.”
He says he enjoys watching the Denver Nuggets’ Emmanuel Mudiay play because, “he can pass the ball good and he can score.”
Wright said it took him a while to get to know a new team this past summer as he competed with the Keys, but the experience paid off in the long run.
“It was basically a brand new group of guys so at first we struggled a little,” he said. “But as the summer progressed we developed better chemistry with each other and then started winning a lot games against high level teams.”
He says the experience has helped him learn how to mesh with a new group of players quickly.
Wright does not currently hold any offers, but says he has heard from a handful of college programs.
