Luke DeHahn Commits!
During his official visit Thursday, Luke DeHahn ended his recruitment.
“It honestly felt like home,” said DeHahn of his Thursday campus visit. “I’ve been on a lot of campuses, and to me it felt like the right one.”
DeHahn camped all over the Midwest. He developed his game.
“He is a very hard worker,” said former HS teammate Cameron Berning. “He has improved every aspect of his game. He is a great teammate and fun to play with.”
Luke DeHahn took a look at countless colleges, attended games, practices, and took every opportunity afford him to learn, explore.
For him to select Franklin College is quite the endorsement of the program. It clearly is all about fit for DeHahn.
“Not too far from home, great academics, great coaches, good players that I’m friends with, nice professors, nice facilities and lots of majors compared to other schools I was looking at,” said Luke DeHahn.
DeHahn will not take formerly scheduled visits. He intended to visit Cornerstone University September 26th. Waldorf just hosted him and Trinity International and Saint Xavier were options.
No longer.
Franklin College is the pick.
While the school and DeHahn work on what kind of scholarships he can muster, what they can offer as a Division III institution, they both agree in principle.
He will play basketball for Franklin College starting next fall.
