Cameron Hester 6’7″ Jackson: The standout power forward was one of the most impressive players in the camp. Hester was a beast on offense who finished strong with both hands around the basket. He had a commanding presence when he posted up and he got the ball and delivered several buckets. He was physically strong and dominating around the hoop.
Pete Lake 6’6″ Jackson: The slender wing player does an excellent job on the perimeter for a player his size. He is very comfortable on the perimeter as a ball handler and 3-point shooter. I like how he attacks the basket in an aggressive manner. He will develop into a nice prospect as he continues to gain strength.
A.J. Sommer 6’4″ Parkway South: A versatile wing forward who competes hard on both ends of floor. He has a versatile skill set when helps him excel on the offensive end. He can knock down 3-pointers off the catch or coming off of screens. He also has some nice moves in the paint where he can score inside with a nice touch.
Dominic Mitchell 6’3″ St. Mary’s: An old-school combo forward who does a nice job of the perimeter as a ball handler and perimeter shooter. He was strong around the basket with his variety of moves and fakes and floaters in the lane. He’s capable of playing several positions with his skills and high basketball IQ.
Caleb Strauss 6’7″ Warrenton: A long, active post player who did a nice job collecting rebounds throughout the camp. He was very active around the glass and had a nice touch inside. He can also step out and knock down perimeter shots off the catch. He also ran the court well and converted in transition.
Cason Suggs 6’6″ Washington: An improving combo forward who is much more comfortable facing the basket. He has a nice high-arching jump shot that is tough to defend with his high release point. He has also improved his ball handling, which he showcased with a couple of nifty coast to coast drives for layups.
