They have a deep roster with quite a few interesting players and while they are only a 2018 program, they should be one of the more popular programs to watch next year because of the concentrated level of play. With guys like Jack Hegwood, Eddie Gill, Justin Shupe, and Joe Kerkhoff, plenty of non-DI programs should be interested to watch. This was a team built around hard work and energy. They lacked a little size but the depth allowed them to rotate often keep them fresh.
Best Player: The best player I watched on this team this year was that of Jack Hegwood from Indianapolis Roncalli. He changed his game a bit as he moved to being more of a wing than a forward but still had size and skill. His upside could start showing through as soon as this high school season.
Players To Watch: There are a number of players that could fit into this category but two stick out. Justin Shupe of Pendleton Heights and Eddie Gill of Carmel. Shupe is a Pendleton kid so you know he is going to be able to shoot the ball pretty well but he has enough size and should be able to play the point for a small school program. Eddie has a lot to like but he struggled the last few years getting the bounces when it came to his offensive game. Now, he seems to be passed that and shots are falling. True point guard with some upside on offense and likely to get some Varsity minutes in his Junior season.
