Ian Torrey 6’5″ SEMO Bulls (Portageville): A versatile forward with excellent size who can play anywhere on the floor. Torrey is strong and athletic with a nice skill set. He can shoot the ball from mid-range and can dial it up from 3-point range. He also has the ability to handle the ball and he passes it well enough to make his teammates better.
Isaac Weider 6’3″ Gateway (Vienna): Helped lead his team to the Final Four with his long-range shooting and overall scoring prowess. Isaac will pull up and shoot it from just about anywhere, but an underrated part of his game is his ability to get in the lane and score around the basket. He is a very resourceful bucket-getter.
Kobe Smith 6’4″ St. Louis Majestics (Ritenour): A good sized athletic wing player with a real scorer’s mentality. He has a good body to go along with his size, which enables him to do a lot of things on the court. He was able to shoot the 3-pointer pretty well while also flashing into the high post to get buckets with a nice touch. He handled the ball quite a bit and threw some nice passes along the way.
Dominic Mitchell 6’3″ St. Louis Prospects (St. Mary’s): A solid combo forward who played his usual old-school game and got a lot of things done. He scored in the post with a variety of old-school moves and fakes and a nice touch around the basket. He make mid-range jumpers and did an excellent job of setting up teammates throughout the weekend. Really cannot be defined by a position. He can just play.
Pete Lake 6’6 SEMO Storm (Jackson): A tall and lanky wing player who excels on the perimeter. He did an excellent job of attacking the basket off the dribble with his athleticism. He will try to dunk on you if you’re not paying attention. He can also knock down the 3-pointer. It will be interesting to see how he continues to develop. Nice upside.
Tony Burks 6’2″ St. Louis Prospects (St. Mary’s): A potent offensive player who has the ability to put up a lot of points in a very short period of time. He is excellent in transition where he can attack in the open court and get buckets. When attacking the basket, he can score on driving layups, floaters and short jumpers. When he is knocking down long jumpers, he is really tough to defend.
Mitch Fairless 6’4″ Missouri Impact 17U (Duchesne): A long and bouncy wing player who has the potential to be an intriguing prospect. He is an excellent leaper who can fill the lane on the break and throw down slam dunks. He is also a very good 3-point shooter off the catch.
Cade Combs 6’2″ Missouri Hustle (Harrisburg): A solid wing player with good skills and sound fundamentals as he is a coach’s son. He can shoot the ball well from 3-point range and can also set up his man for the drive to the basket. Moves well without the ball to get to the open spaces.
Jacob Hampton 6’2″ TEM Select (Fort Zumwalt West): A versatile guard with good size who had the ability to play on the point or at the wing with equal effectiveness. He did a nice job of handling the ball against pressure and he can also make plays from the wing. Can get to the basket and displayed some nice passing skills.
