Treydon Rackley 6’2 MBA Flight (Republic): An impressive perimeter shooter who helped lead MBA to the tournament championship. An excellent 3-point shooter off the catch. Did a nice job of moving without the ball and being prepared to shoot with a quick release. Solid ball handler and good passer as well.
Arthur Carter 6’1″ Eagles Elite (East St. Louis): A strong and physical combo guard who was able to get into the lane throughout the tournament. Played through contact without the trouble as he strong armed his way to the basket for easy buckets. Good rebounder from the guard position.
Garrett Kesterson 6’4″ Mo Gym Rats (Fair Grove): Good-sized wing player who can really shoot the ball from downtown. Struggled with his shot in the first game, but was cash money for the rest of the tournament. Hit five 3-pointers in a row in one stretch during a game. Also got some things done in transition.
Jakorey Davis 5’10” Eagles Elite (East St. Louis): Small shooting guard with a powerful body who can make plays offensively. Displayed excellent catch-and shooting ability from 3-point range with his high-arching jumper. Very quick and very active defensively.
Landon Torneten 6’5″ SW Iowa Select: An excellent shooter with a confident stroke from 3-point range. Did a nice job of converting transtion 3-pointers. Ran the court and did a nice job getting to his spot on the break before dialing it up from long distance.
Tyler Sales 6’4″ SW Illinois Jets (Pattonville): A smooth wing player with good size and a confident skill set. Handles the ball quite well on the perimeter and displayed a nice stroke from 3-point range. Has the ability to become a stronger rebounder and defensive player with his size and length.
Keon Brown 6’2″ Missouri Impact (Hazelwood Central): A bucket-getter who showed the ability to score at all three levels in the tournament. Displayed some smooth drives off the dribble and could change speeds and directions. Also hit some mid range jumpers off the dribble and could knock down an open 3-pointer.
