A shifty, vocal guard that can knock down pull-up jumpers and 3-pointers as well as get his team involved.
“I feel I shoot very well and can create for my teammates and self well,” he said. “I’m focusing on being a lock down defender getting stronger and more of a general on the court.”
Thomas said he is off to a strong start on the Adidas Gauntlet Series with the Celtics.
“Spring sessions have gone really well for me,” he said. “I’ve had some really big games last weekend and did pretty good in the first two sessions in the Uprising.”
He has heard from Chicago University, and although he currently does not have any offers, but hopes to add a few soon.
Thomas says basketball has been a big part of his life and who he has become as he has met new people and formed relationships on and off the court.
“Basketball has impacted my life greatly,” he said. “It has allowed me to travel many place meet new people and given me a chance to go to college. It also gives me a great work ethic and responsibility.”
A fan of Stephen Curry, Thomas says he feels he has tried to adapt different aspects of his game into his own.
“I love watching Stephen Curry play and I feel I play similar too him and he just goes so crazy, you never know what he’s going to do in games,” Thomas said.
