Jalen Johnson
6’6 – PF – Indianapolis Manual – G3 Rising Stars 2019
Jalen is a tall forward who could eventually move to more of a wing. He’s a bouncy, active guy who makes plays at the rim on dumpoffs and scrap points on rebounds. High energy guy at times and can do well to finish through contact. Strong, bit frame that could grow quite a bit. High upside forward to watch.
Cameron Koschnick
6’5 – C – Mishawaka Marian – MBA Select 2019
Cameron is a long, lanky forward with some finishing ability at the rim. Not a strong kid but a quick one who is really mobile and functional. He doesn’t waste movement and tends to just get the job done. Looks like he could sprout up a ton in the future still but might have trouble filling out the frame before college.
Jack Kassenbrock
6’4 – PF – Bishop Chatard – Indiana Faith 15U Black
Jack is a smaller forward with a good faceup game and a little bit of a motor. LIkes to play down on the block where he can catch and turn to face up the defender. Decent jumper from 15′ but even better when he puts it on the floor to get to the rim and finish. Could end up a wing but the low post game is a staple for him at the moment.
Kenyon Sholty
6’6 – PF – Terre Haute South – G3 Rising Stars 2019
Kenyon is a big, thick forward with sneaky athleticism. He’s really good when in the post as he can grab boards, finish strong, and even play defense. He’s not really mobile yet and he’s going to have to improve his motor but every so often you see him attack the rim with aggressiveness and you see some upside. Getting that out of him is key over the next few years.
Matt Dove
6’8 – PF – Princeton – Pocket City Basketball 2019
Dove is a long, lanky forward with legit size and tons of length. Capable as a faceup four-man if he wants to go that route as he looks comfortable there. Needs to add a perimeter jumper but has shown some slashing and cutting ability. A bit reserved at times but some strength and confidence could go a long way into making his skills play up to their potential.
