Lucas Lehrman
6’7 – PF – Bishop Dwenger – Legit Basketball 2018
Lucas is a big, strong forward who has a frame that can pack on strength without giving up much in the way of athletic ability. He’s very mobile and that is his biggest asset at this point. He can really do a good job getting up and down the court and is willing to be active as well. Finishes well at the rim doing most by being quicker than his opponents.
Colin Hayes
6’8 – C – Kankakee Valley – Indiana Dawgz 2018 Brankin
Colin is going to be a useful player for a college program because of his understanding of his role and functionality. He’s a large post player who can eat up space and really knows how to set a screen. Can come off an roll to the rim well but could get better and it could help him offensive as he’s not a big time scoring threat right now. He does all the little things and that makes him very useful.
Nick Johnson
6’5 – PF – Bishop Chatard – Indiana Elite Green 2018
Nick is a long, lean forward who could move more to the perimeter as he develops. Really mobile guy who has shown the ability to play on the wing although he isn’t going to start throwing up threes a ton. Nick plays well in transition where he can get out and run and finish well at the rim. Has to work a bit on rebounding the ball but has some growth left in the next year.
Alec Burton
6’5 – PF – Danville – Indiana Faith 2018
Alec is a big, strong low post threat who has really become more mobile in the last six months. He’s very adept in the post with his back to the basket as he can outmuscle guys to the rim. He has shown the ability to faceup but that is where his development is headed right now. If he can stretch the floor out and attack off the bounce more, he should become more and more attractive as a prospect.
Chaz Birchfield
6’5 – PF – Hamilton Southeastern – Men of the Family 2017
Chaz is a tall forward who plays more on the perimeter as a driver and rim-runner. He’s so talented as an energy guy who will scrap for rebounds, finish at the rim using his toughness, or getting out in transition and just making a play for himself or his teammates. Fits right now as a lower level four but has a ton of upside and room to grow.
