Josh Watson
6’3 – SG – University – Indiana Elite North 2018
Josh is a tall guard who plays more on the ball right now although he’s likely to be pushed more down the wing which could be useful for him as his ball handling is solid right now. He’s got a big frame and once he tightens things up he could be solid in college. He’s also one of the better shooters you are going to find that nobody knows about right now. Can get a little trigger happy but if he hits his first he could hit a ton in one game.
Brandon Newman
6’3 – SG – Valparaiso – Indiana Elite Region 2018
Brandon is a tall gaurd who should fill the roll of a two-guard very well. Plays more point right now but his size and scoring ability should push him off the ball. He’s really good as a creator for himself in the midrange. He can drive very well and knows how and when to attack the rim. If you get him on the perimeter and moving, he’s good at finding the ball and space to drive.
Jake Dye
6’3 – SG – Griffith – Indiana Elite 2018
Jake is a tall shooter from the Region with some upside as he develops his driving ability. Jake is a big, strong-framed kid who has good touch beyond the three point line. Likes to be down deep in the corner where he can make plays. Starting to integrate a pump fake and drive to compliment his perimeter jumper. Once that is a full-part of his game, his stock should rise pretty well.
Nate McLain
6’3 – SG – Center Grove – Indiana Elite Central 2018
Nate is a thin-framed guard who isn’t afraid of attacking the rim at all. He’s got good confidence and has some strength on his frame that could come in hand as he plays against higher level competition. Solid shooter as well and he’s more than capable of scoring the ball at a high level. A year’s worth of muscle could make him a very coveted player.
Tashawn Carter
6’3 – SG – Indianapolis Pike – Indiana Faith 16U Black
Tashawn is a strong wing player that could fit a ton of rolls but fits best right now as a two-guard who can drive and play near the rim. Good rebounding threat that thrives on getting looks near the basket. Will drive from the perimeter where he could use a floater or runner well. He will also crash the boards as well for long rebounds and second chance opportunities.
