Cameron Simmons
6’2 – PG – Traders Point – Indiana Faith 2017 Andrew
Anytime you can find a prospect that is further along in an area than his peers, you feel a little more comfortable about his developement. For Simmons, he has the body that should be able to walk into college ready to go. He’s a big guard with a filled out frame and little upside if he sticks on the ball. He’s already got a capable jumper and the ability to handle off the bounce.
Domonick Tomich
6’0 – PG – Crown Point – Indiana Elite Region 2017
Tomich is a solid lead guard with a good feel for running a team. He’s not going to blow you away with speed or scoring ability but he’s plenty capable of being a high-assist guy at the next level. He’s solid at getting things going on the offensive side of the ball and his passing goes a long way in that regard. Going to be a guy that fits a lot of systems really well.
Jesse Brown
5’9 – PG – Terre Haute South – Indiana Three-D 2017
Jesse is a quick twitch point guard with speed and a good feel for scoring the ball. He’s really good at countering off a missed bucket and getting down the court for easy points. Brown has a decent jumper and is really solid at getting defenders to bite on a pump fake so he can get to the rim. If he can become a better on-ball defender, he could see his stock rise soon.
Jermiah Bradley
6’2 – SG – Evansville Central – PCB 2K17
Bradley is a big, strong guard that can do quite a few things really well. He’s a guy that can play either the 2 or 3 because of his build and strength. If he can actually slim down a bit to add some speed, he could take his game up a level. His scoring ability is strong as either a catch-and-shoot guy or a guy who can bully his way to the rim. His rebounding ability gives him some offense as well.
Matthew Westman
6’1 – SG – Michigan City – Indiana Dawgz 2017 Dan
Westman is one of the more intriguing guys to watch in the northern half of the state this summer because of his athletic ability, shooting, and aggressiveness. To get those things from a guy who is going to be a 1 or 2, they could really help him once he gets to the next level to separate himself from other guards. Good shooting/scoring combo right now with upside.
