Kobe Wands 5’11” (Rolla): A sharp-shooting, slick ball handling floor general who led Rolla to some of its best seasons in the school’s history. Can run the offense and really score from the perimeter.
Darius Rice 6’2″ (Jennings): A big point guard who could pass, rebound, defend and pick his spots when to take over a game offensively. Led the Warriors to a 20-3 season.
Nick Larkin 5’11” (Lee’s Summit): Played off the ball with All-Stater Blake Spellman in the lineup. A quick, penetrating guard who did a great job getting in the lane and creating offense.
Jawahn Sims 6’1″ (Timberland): Strong point guard who rebounded nicely from an ACL injury to have a big senior year and lead the Wolves to the Class 5 state quarterfinals. Nice stop and pop game.
Tyrone Alston 5’11” (Caruthersville): Tough, physical guard who can get in the lane and score in traffic, plus knock down perimeter jumpers.
Hezekiah Goodwin 5’10” (Raytown South): Tough, competitive guard who overcame a series of injuries to lead Raytown South on a big postseason run.
Leland Bradford 5’11” (Webster Groves): Strong defensive guard who attacks the basket off the dribble well. Improved his perimeter shooting as a senior. Makes winning plays.
Charles James 5’8″ (Northwest Academy): Super quick guard who is at his best in the open court. Plays the game with tremendous speed and pace.
Jeffery Porter 5’10” (Scott County Central): A winner who makes big plays, as evidenced by him leading the Braves to the Class 2 state title in 2015. Strong on the dribble and capable of scoring in bunches.
Hasaan Decarolis 5’10” (St. Charles West): Excellent 3-point shooter who moved to the point guard as a senior and became an all-around floor leader in pacing the Warriors to the Class 4 state quarterfinals.
Chase Dickerson 6’0″ (Eugene): Talented performer in Mid-Missouri who can shoot the basketball, but can distribute and make his teammates better.
Todd Simms 5’11” (Soldan): One of the fastest guards with the ball in the state going from end to end. At his best when attacking the basket off the dribble. Speed, Speed, Speed.
Bryce Krueger 6’1″ (Bolivar): Good ball handler who could really knock down the 3-ball from long distance. Hit 81 3-pointers during his senior season.
Derrick Henderson 5’6″ (North Tech): Diminutive floor general who led the Golden Eagles to the first district championship in the school’s history. Knows how to control a team. Good at creating shots off the dribble and getting buckets.
