Marquavius Beverly
6’5 – F – 2018
Beverly was in the background of the game until the fourth quarter. He was not as aggressive as I would like but that will come with time. He’s really long and is a decent defender on the perimeter but he alters everything in the lane. On offense he sometimes stood around at times and didn’t really go to the rim but he will be able to fix this with time. He ran to the boards every time a shot went up and he’ll be able to score off those rebounds in the future. – 4 points, 5 rebounds
Zakarius Milhouse
6’3 – SG – 2017
Milhouse had a quietly good night. I noticed him first when he caught a pass under the basket and went up for a dunk with one step. His athleticism is really nice to have and he has a high defensive IQ. Multiple times he came off his guy and stole the ball. Offensively he has a decent looking shot but he is better suited right now inside the 3-point line with most of his baskets coming right at the rim. – 14 points
Thomas Wells
6’1 – PG – 2016
Wells was the do-it-all guy for Anderson. He is at the point because he is really the only really good ball handler on the team. He does well in that role although if he plays in college he is more of an off-ball guard due to his driving ability. He has a nice looking shot and can hit it with a guy in his face. He dribbles the ball too much sometimes but should be able to correct that at the next level with better teammates. – 12 points
Harrison (Lafayette):
Aidan Hannon
6’3 – SG – 2016
Hannon played really well in this one for Harrison. He muscled his way to the basket and finished really well once he got there. He does not really have the body for the position he plays but everyone that played for Harrison was basically a guard. He was good on the drive to the basket and he attacked the boards well. He’s a big body and not many guards can out muscle him. – 11 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists
Dominic Trapp
6’1 – SG – 2016
Trapp is another guy like Hannon but he has a much better outside shot. He nailed a few in the second half which really kept the game out of reach. He is a hustler and gets a lot of his points in this way. He has good court vision and he can run the point but is better suited as a spot up shooter or driver. – 14 points (4/6 3-pointers), 4 assists
