Jayson Tatum 6’9″ Chaminade (2016): McDonald’s All-American who will try to lead the Red Devils to that elusive state championship. A candidate for National Player of the Year. Duke signee.
Xavier Sneed 6’6″ Hazelwood Central (2016): Athletic wing who has averaged 20 points a game while playing nearly every position for the Hawks. Kansas State signee.
Blake Spellman 6’0″ Lee’s Summit (2016): Slick ball-handling point guard who led his team to an undefeated regular season. Signed with Northern Kentucky.
K.J. Robinson 6’0″ Blue Springs South (2016): High scoring point guard who was the catalyst of a state championship team as a junior. Signed with Nebraska-Omaha.
Tyler Cook 6’8″ Chaminade (2016): Outstanding power forward who has been registering double doubles late in the season. Signed with Iowa.
Michael Hughes 6’9″ Liberty North (2016): A powerhouse talent in the low post who led Liberty North to a conference championship. Signed with Akron.
Jared Ritter 6’6″ Kickapoo (2017): Excellent shooting wing player who led the Chiefs to a 25-2 regular season. Already has several Division I offers.
Jordan Barnes 5’10” CBC (2016): Four-year varsity point guard who has displayed the ability to make big shots in clutch situations throughout his career. Signed with Indiana State.
Elijah Childs 6’7″ Lee’s Summit West (2017): Long, athletic power forward who is dynamic around the basket. One of the top juniors in the state.
Marcedus Leech 6’5″ Poplar Bluff (2019): One of the top freshmen in the country, Leech is a dynamic wing player who has already set the school’s single-season record for 3-pointers.
Chase Allen 6’7″ Nixa (2016): Iowa State football recruit who has been an excellent post player for Nixa. Constantly posting double-doubles every night.
Brandon McKissic 6’2″ SLUH (2017): Hard-driving combo guard who is looking to lead the Jr. Billikens back to the Final Four. A definite Division I prospect.
Courtney Ramey 6’3″ Webster Groves (2018): One of the top sophomore guards in the country, Ramey has emerged as a dominant scorer for the 25-1 Statesmen.
Under the Radar
Willie Lucas 6’6″ Poplar Bluff (2017): Versatile power forward who can score in the post and step out and shoot 3-pointers.
Jacob Smith 6’2″ Jackson (2016): Thick combo guard who can lead your offense and get buckets at the same time for the Indians.
Adam Mennemeyer 6’3″ Troy (2016): Versatile wing player who averages 20 points and knock down 3-pointers.
Treydon Rackley 6’2″ Republic (2017): Talented guard who has helped bring Republic back to the ranks of a state contender.
Esyan Wiley 6’6″ Rock Bridge (2017): Active power forward who has been very productive as a force in the lane for the Bruins.
Reid Titus 6’2″ Truman (2016): Tough shooting guard with excellent 3-point range.
Chase Thomas 5’10” HIckman (2017): Scoring point guard who has stepped into a big role as the Kewpies’ go-to player as a junior.
Brett Elifritz 6’5″ Francis Howell (2016): Versatile power forward who can score and rebound. Has the Vikings in position to win a district title.
Tyree King 6’1″ Blue Springs (2017): Excellent combo guard with good athleticism and quickness to score in a variety of ways.
Cameron Davis 6’1″ Kickapoo (2017): Unsung combo guard on a loaded Chiefs game with a high basketball IQ and a nice mid-range jump shot.
Matt Austin 6’1″ Springfield Central (2017): Talented guard who can really shoot the rock from long distance.
