Elfrid Payton Elite (EP4 – Nike): Brandon Rachal is a 6'5 do it all 2017 player who can play any position from the 1 to the 4. With EP Elite he found himself at both forward roles doing a lot of the dirty work. His ability to allow them to play small ball against the best of the best gives him the nod.
New Orleans Elite (Adidas): Lamar Peters gave them a chance to win every game. The 6'0 PG who is committed to Mississippi State went toe to toe with every top PG he faced and often times came on top. The lightning quick PG with an elite step back jumper is one of the best in the state.
Louisiana Elite (Under Armour): Wayde Sims is committed to LSU as a 6'6 forward and despite the team struggles, he was Mr. Consistency throughout the year. He took it to another level late as they went on a bit of a winning streak in Atlanta then Vegas. He rebounds at an elite level and has an array of ways to score.
Jet Life Athletics: Roydell Brown played with a couple teams this summer but the majority of his time was with Jet Life. The 6'5 forward can flat out jump out the gym and was good for numerous highlights each game. As his jumper and handles improve, he'll get even more looks.
Louisiana Dynasty: Troy Green looks like your typical elite level middle linebacker at 6'3 but he is a force on the basketball court. Overpowering most players and using his sneaky athleticism to blow by bigger players makes him one of the toughest match-ups in the state.
TFH Hawks: Noah Griffin is one of the best shooters in the state as a 6'3 lefty with a smooth stroke. He's gotten quicker and improved his off hand year after year. As he rounds out his game, he could find himself with D1 offers yet again as he was once committed to a Southland school.
