We’ll go back to Canada and the LaSalle Guardians and talk about Rodriguez from Windsor Holy Names. I haven’t seen any of the Guardians play, but fellow Prep Hoops contributor Owen Siebring complimented his energy and ability to excel in traffic. I’m looking forward to seeing it.

Zecary and his team went 4-0 at the Mitten State Mash, and showed a lot of all-around ability. He’s on a well-rounded lineup, but always found a way to set himself apart.
This kid is fearless in the lane. He has tremendous body control in the face of a double or triple-team, and coming off a missed basket, he has a great nose for the ball and an ability to track down rebounds.
He’s another nightmare defensive matchup, putting up constant pressure all up and down the floor. He forces turnovers that lead to a lot of fast break points, and never gives a moment’s rest to his opponent when he’s playing defense.

Zecary is one of the leaders of a Guardians team that went 4-0 this weekend, winning their portion of the field with a perfect record.
Defensively, he must be an absolute nightmare to face up against. He’ll give the offense constant pressure up and down the court, and has a knack for forcing turnovers that lead to quick points.
On offense, Zecary is fearless in the lane-taking strong drives to the rim and has great body control in the face of the defense.
Zecary had an exceptional final game of the weekend, scoring 19 points. But even when he’s not scoring, he prides himself on finding open players and being a strong distributor.
