Kelly makes his debut in the rankings and he’s a guy that frankly has a real chance to continue rising through in further updates as he is a kid that can flat out make plays with the basketball in his hands. With Wildcats Elite this past summer, Kelly orchestrated their offense at a high level as he balanced his scoring and playmaking responsibilities quite well. His shot making is there, he can use his frame to play through contact, and he’s also active on the defensive end of the floor when needed. There’s no doubt he’s going to come on strong this season at Hillside where he will be able to make his case as a bonafide next level prospect and continue to rise in the 2027 rankings.

Kelly has been an impressive two way impact guard for Wildcats Elite 17u. Super active defensively as he applied constant pressure for opposing ball handlers, quickly turning defense into offense in transition. He’s got deep off the bounce range with the ability to really heat up and take over a game. Kelly is the bonafide leader for this group as he’s extremely vocal and makes sure everyone is in the right spot. If a possession goes wrong, he’s there to fix it and often finds a way to make tough shots when his team needs them most. Despite being shorter, Kelly is strong and capable of finishing through contact with consistency. Kelly will 100% be ranked at the next update and is a guy we’ll be watching closely the rest of the weekend.
