Walker, a guard out of the South Kent School in Connecticut, is the #33 ranked combo guard in this update and checks in at #146 overall. The 6’0″ guard plays with an impressive feel for the game on both ends of the floor. Defensively, he sits in a stance and works at the point of attack and has shown he’s willing to give up his body to make a play on a loose ball or to take a charge. Offensively, he’s quick when switching directions and plays with good burst out of his dribble moves, allowing him to get into the paint at will off the bounce. Beyond that, he impresses with his vision and ability to make passes on the move or in traffic. Walker with play this spring and summer with MC Elite Basketball.

Walker has burst onto the scene as a key cog for a high level prep school team at South Kent. The 6-foot guard can play both on and off the ball because of his ability to shoot off the dribble and off the catch as well as his ability to operate with the rock in pick and roll scenarios. He makes good reads at the nail and has really good pace and patience in terms of when to attack vs. when to facilitate. Walker also seems to have some budding athleticism, which, if he continues to improve on and lean into, could earn him some very high level D3 looks by next year. He’s a super skilled and cerebral guard who’s additive in every way offensively.

Walker is a super fundamentally sound combo-guard who can score from all three levels and has feel for the game up the wazoo. The 6-foot junior has phenomenal footwork in the paint and uses up fakes, step throughs, and craft to throw off big men for easy finishes. From the three point line, he has a beautiful release and knocks down shots consistently. Some added strength and weight would be huge for Walker, but he should be garnering lots of college looks at the D3 level as a result of what he can bring offensively. He’ll continue to play lots of minutes for South Kent this season and will have the rock in his hands a good amount.

A point guard who is a silent scorer. A starter for South Kent loaded with 2026’s, one of five underclassmen contributing for them. Takes care of the rock, defends well, hard working. Most likely will finish as the second leading scorer only behind CJ Birden. Consistent free throw shooter and a mid-range fiend. Will make a long range shot as well even though its not his go to. He is underrated in my opinion and will be a nice D2 player for a college soon enough but is on my stock riser list for a reason with a ceiling reaching D1 level as he has two full seasons to get there.
