Mielock was basically willing to do whatever was needed on the defensive end of the floor. He worked really hard on that side of the floor and used his basketball IQ and strength to be successful.

Good student, good player, and an extremely coachable player. What else could you ask for? Mielock is all of those things. If you watched him this weekend, you would have seen a defensive stopper. He’s strong enough to guard a few different positions and he’s willing to do the defensive dirty work.

Mielock has a lot going for him right now. He has a solid physical profile with the speed and strength needed to compete at a high level. Mielock is extremely coachable and has tremendous leadership qualities. He has the potential to be a difference maker on the defensive end.
