9/28/25: Quick. Knight Jr. is ok with the handle, but as he begins his junior season William needs to incorporate some more creative and tricky maneuvers. As an undersized guard his ability to dribble by defenders will make or break him. Defenders need to be guessing and scrambling most of the time when he has the ball. That will instantly add value to his game. Knight Jr. is a wonderful teammate, and his attitude helps both himself and his team succeed. Can score in the lane.

William proved that defense can help you stand out at a showcase. He was a pesky on-ball defender with active hands, and he disrupted ball-handlers and created turnovers and deflections throughout the day. Offensively, he showed a three-level scoring ability, making him a dual-threat on both ends of the floor.

Will Knight is a scorer at all three levels on the court. He can cut off-ball or attack for layups. However, Will does most of his damage from the perimeter. He’s one of the few players I saw this weekend who is solid from deep off the dribble or in a catch-and-shoot situation.
