The trait: Physical play

Brayden Holland’s recent camp evaluation highlighted a guard who impressed evaluators with his play this summer and at the Coast 2 Coast Midwest Camp. His profile fits the physical side of the Dawg Factor: competing through contact, making assertive plays, and looking for ways to affect possessions rather than relying on finesse alone.

For a young guard, physicality becomes more valuable when it supports efficient decisions. Attacking gaps with purpose, maintaining balance through contact, and staying engaged defensively are ways that approach can translate against increasingly challenging competition.

His performance at our C2C Preps Midwest Regional Camp firmly established him as one of the top guards in his class. He utilized his athleticism, physicality, and aggressive mentality to dominate on both ends of the floor from start to finish, consistently showcasing the tools and potential of a high-level prospect.

He arrived at our C2C Preps Midwest Regional Camp all business from start to finish, dominating his way to the 1v1 championship in his grade. His relentless motor, aggressive mentality, and physicality were on full display as he consistently utilized his shifty ball handling and explosive downhill attacks to get into the paint and score at will around the rim.
