Marshall might be the most improved player in the state over the last 12-18 months. He’s a silky smooth athlete that feels instinctually feels the floor and finds open spaces or lanes to the rim. Marshall has a pretty jumper that he rises up on and connects from mid range and from behind the arc. I wouldn’t be at all shocked if he puts himself in the Mr. Basketball race next year.

Honestly, Marshall deserves to be even higher on this list. This young man has such a smooth ease of movement and a beautiful looking jumper. Marshall reads the floor well and finds open spaces and lanes to the rim. He’s a threat to score from anywhere on the floor with his jumper, but can also finish at the rim with athleticism.

After his performance at the Prep Hoops Michigan Top 250, Marshall IV needed to move way up the rankings. He was so smooth with his handles and fast to the rim when he put it on the floor. Marshall’s jumper looked almost effortless as he rose up from both mid range and behind the arc. This young man has some big time upside in his game. I really feel that Marshall has yet another gear and that he will hit it.
