What impressed me about Victor was that even when the score board got lopsided against Dream Loudly , his level of effort never stopped. Victor’s a smooth athlete, can score on all three levels and can get to the line when he wants. He got his hands in passing lands causing several turnovers and deflections. There’s no question who the leader is for The Academy UAG.

Ngoma definitely caught my eye at the Freshman Showcase. He looked ready for the physicality at the high school leve. Ngoma in fact controlled the physicality of the game. He was comfortable with contact and played effectively through it.
