The 6-foot combo guard has shifty moves, quality handles, can space the floor from beyond the arc, and make plays to open teammates. Felix jumped onto my radar in late August with a stellar shooting display at the Central Cali Prospects Preview Showcase, where he was one of the top three point shooters at the event, and he displayed that at the Shootout, connecting on several 3s over the two games I watched him play on Day 1, as his team only participated in the first day of the event. Felix has shifty moves and handles, keeps the ball on a string to survey the floor, has the court vision to find open teammates off the drive and kick pass, to the diver out of the pick and roll action, cross court to open shooters, and up the court in transition. Felix moves fluidly off the ball, gets to his shot spots, is accurate with the 3-ball off the catch, has the moves to create off the bounce, using the crossover, wrap-behind, hesitation, and between-cross to get his defender off balance, is a crafty scorer around the basket, and gets good lift on the mid-range jumper with body control to absorb and finish through contact.
