-One of the better rebounding guards in the state, Tillman extends a lot of offensive possessions with his work in the paint rebounding the basketball. He uses a strong frame to crash the glass amongst the trees but also to score on the putback. Loved the defensive activity as a help defender that beat his matchup to 50/50 balls to ignite the fastbreak for St. Mary’s. His personal highlight of the game came on an aggressive drive to the rim where he refused to be denied, scoring to cut the lead to single digits with 4 minutes left in the game.

-A dynamic athlete on the wing, Tillman played with energy at both ends of the floor and got to the rim with relative ease throughout the games. Tillman has the athleticism, frame, and aggressive mentality to become a lockdown defender in his senior season at St. Mary’s Annapolis. If he’s able to impact the game at both ends, I expect both his production and recruitment to pick up.

-Tillman came on late in this one but impressed with his physical downhill drives to the rim. With the upper body to finish well around the rim and the core strength to block out taller players, he has improved his handle to give himself a bit more perimeter wiggle although he is more of a straight-line driver. While I need more leadership from a senior out on the floor, his blend of raw power and agility make him an intriguing prospect to watch in the 2025 class.
