Caouette is a tall guard who impacts the game at every level. He is a sniper from deep with a quick release and the height to shoot over defenders. The numbers tell the story. Jesuit’s six losses have come when Caouette shoots below 33% from three. When he shoots above that mark, Jesuit is undefeated. He is much more than a shooter, though. Caouette attacks the rim, finishes through contact, and finds cutters with strong passing vision. If St. Pete cannot limit his driving lanes and contest his perimeter looks, he can flip the game quickly.

Averaging 17.2 points and nearly 9 rebounds per game, this hard-playing wing has been a major force for Jesuit as they prepare to face St. Pete High in Saturday night’s Regional Final. A strong, physical presence on the perimeter, he plays with toughness and embraces contact on both ends of the floor. He shows a good feel for the game, understanding when to attack, when to move the ball, and how to impact winning beyond just scoring.
A better-than-average athlete, he finishes well in transition, rebounds outside of his area, and competes defensively. His perimeter shot making continues to improve, adding another layer to his offensive arsenal and making him more difficult to defend. With his production, motor, and evolving skill set, he has been a key catalyst in Jesuit’s postseason run.
