A football first prospect, Dolata has generated a lot of buzz as a quarterback for the powerhouse Medina Buckeye Bucks. I also think Dolata would be a stud at the small college level on the hardwood due to his frame, strength and skill on the ball at his height. Dolata went over the 1,000 point mark for his career in January and took a visit to Ashland University for football a couple weeks ago. Under the radar talent in northeast Ohio!

Another stud quarterback, Dolata is a physical forward who has impressive ball skills for a player with his strength and height. Able to make plays off the bounce, Dolata had a nasty split and and-1 finish late in the first half. In a straight-line Dolata is a very impressive athlete and if you don’t force him to change directions he will go right through your defense to the bucket. While he was recently offered by NAIA program Lawrence Tech for football, Dolata would be a monster at the Division III level on the hardwood if he wanted to focus on that sport at the college level.

Buckeye had some nice underclassmen pieces with Dolata and 2026 point guard Austin Hyre to build with for the future. I thought Dolata had a nice jumper for a prospect his size and age. As the game went on Dolata got more confident creating for himself and had a mid-range pull up, a spin jumper and another one dribble pull-up in the second half alone. A prospect who should bulk up as a football athlete as well, Dolata showed some intriguing promise on Sunday.
