About Tristan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my style as versatile and fast with the ability to adapt to the pace each game presents, with an emphasis on defense. I have the ability to knock down the open three, pull up and hit the mid-range and play downhill and get to the rim. I have a very quick second jump combined with an above average vertical allowing me to be a good, tenacious rebounder as a guard.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am confident in myself and my abilities through the hard work and dedication in my personal training that prepares me for elite competition. I am tough, strong willed, with a very high basketball IQ, but humble enough to not take it for granted and to help others get better along the way.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have been a member of several after school Christian programs, been awarded honor roll, volunteer occasionally at The Meeting House, a nonprofit Christian organization.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would love to go D1, but I am very open to all and any offers to continue playing at the next level. I have not decided if out of state or in state would be best at this point, or what I would want to major in although I do like video production, so that could play a role in the decision someday.

Tristan is a highly effective scorer in the mid-range area, where he shows strong touch, balance, and confidence. He does an excellent job creating separation, rising smoothly into pull-ups, and knocking down shots from the elbows and short corners. Tristan reads defenders well, using footwork and pace to get to his spots, making him difficult to guard when the game slows down. His ability to consistently convert from the mid-range adds an important dimension to the offense and makes him a reliable scoring option in key moments.
