Triplett is a versatile forward who brings a blend of inside-out skill to the frontcourt. A better-than-average athlete, he runs the floor well and has the tools to impact the game in transition as well as in the half court. He is capable of scoring on the block, using his frame and touch to finish around the rim, and he shows flashes of stepping away from the basket to make plays facing up.

Triplett competes on the glass, battles defensively, and plays with consistent energy on both ends of the floor. With continued development of his perimeter skill and overall polish, he has the foundation to become a productive two-way forward at the next level.
