Civello, a scoring guard out of the St. Sebastian’s School, checks in at #138 overall and #26 among the shooting guards. Civello is one of the better shooters in the region, continuously showing the ability to make threes off the catch and on the move. He does a great job of moving without the basketball, cutting to scoring spots and using screens to get open. He leverages his shooting to open up driving lanes and shows the ability to finish over size in the paint. Defensively, he uses his length to his advantage and is also willing to mix it up on the defensive glass.

Civello, a lean and lanky two guard, is an impressive scorer that has the ability to create for himself and score off the bounce. A plus shooter from behind the arc, Civello has a high release on his jumper, allowing him to get it off without much space. He’s a crafty scorer in the paint, showing the ability to finish with either hand around the rim or make tough, contested turnaround jumpers. He’s got a little shift off the bounce and can create space when he needs to. Defensively, he has the length to be disruptive in passing lanes and the size to be a good perimeter rebounder. He’s a high IQ prospect that knows where he needs to be and more often than not, makes the right reads with the basketball. He’s a college prospect now, with a higher ceiling if he can add strength moving forward.
