This 6’6″ physical specimen is also an intriguing football prospect. Whether his future ends up on the gridiron or the hardwood, there is no denying that Troutman is physically dominant against his peers at this point. The left-handed forward controls the glass and finishes at the rim at a high percentage. While the overall skill set is still a bit raw, you can see the flashes of his high ceiling. It is always safe to bet on the kid with this level of physical and athletic tools.

You would have a really hard time finding a more physically impressive prospect at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase than this 6’6″ forward from Franklin Central High School. Troutman is also a standout on the gridiron with a ton of upside in both football and basketball. His physicality around the rim is unmatched as he can dominate the glass, finish through contact, and plays with a solid motor. As his skill level continues to develop his game will start to really take off.
