Letcher County Central has big goals this season and Delaney, combined with his brother, make up the backbone of the program. Terry is a double-double machine who could be among the top rebounders in Kentucky this season. Delaney should be in the mix to be regional player of the year if Letcher can get 20+ wins and Terry leads them there.

One of the few players in the state who averaged a double-double this past season, Delaney has a strong AAU season and looks to ride that into a big Senior year. After averaging 21 and 11 with 59/44/77 shooting splits, Terry should be on the radar for colleges all over the state as well as border states.
