Hansen was a high-usage player for the Bears this year after earning MVP honors in his league last season. He’s shown some flashes of plus athleticism, finishing high at the rim, maneuvering around defenders in the air, and showing the strength to finish through contact. He’s also been a plus shooter from deep and has shown he can find space while fighting through exotic coverages, working off of screens and acting quickly off the catch to attack space.

Hansen was the MVP of the SCAC East league last season and has gone on to show some excellent play with Seattle Select during the spring. He’s a strong guard who gets downhill, changes direction well, and is tough at the rim. He has plus athleticism and great burst on the perimeter, splits defenders well in traffic, and is able to deploy quick moves on the go.
