Clayton has had himself a tremendous summer, and even picked up his first offer from Southeastern University. The 6’3″ PG has an outstanding knowledge of the game and plays with poise and under control. He has great handles, and is one of the top 3-point shooters in the state. He has the ability to fill the stat shit night in and night out, which was shown during the FABC live period where he averaged 22.5 ppg, 7 apg, and 5 rpg, including a 29/10/10 triple-double. Clayton just plays the game right and you can tell just enjoys being on the court. I see those offers continuing to roll in for Barron’s star as he looks to have a monster senior year.

Clayton has a tremendous knowledge of the game and is one of the best all-around guards in the area. He brings solid size and strength from the guard position, to go along with great handles and a smooth shot from outside, making him extremely difficult to defend. He has a quick first step and can beat you off the dribble, or pull-up and knock down the mid-range jumper in your face, but where he is deadly is from behind the arc, where he shoots the 3-ball at an extremely high rate. He’s averaging 17.7 ppg, 6.4 apg, and 4.4 rpg, as you can see he does it all for his Cougars squad, and looks to help lead his team in the playoffs and continue the programs postseason success here in 2024.
