Expert Analysis
Anthony Fortuna | Prep Hoops Scout
Snowdon Bear Williams played with hunger and determination in the championship matchup with Fernley. He crashed the offensive glass and scored on multiple second-chance opportunities. He also hit a smooth hook shot from close range, 3 and dished out a couple of assists. On defense, Williams flew around and was disruptive at times. While Spring Creek didn’t come away with the win, he was certainly a standout.

Snowdon Bear Williams is one of the most relentless players that I’ve seen in 3A. He utilizes his speed, and patience to get his shot off. And he’s capable of making difficult finishes thanks to his soft touch around the rim. I also think he’s one of the better rebounding guards out there, as he averaged an impressive 4.8 RPG last season. If he can improve upon last year’s numbers, he may be up for some post-season awards.

Snowdon Bear Williams was a guy who caught my attention during the 3A semifinals. He was fast to grab rebounds and proved to be a good defender. Williams can find ways to score on offense as well and has a reliable jumper in his bag. If he continues to develop, I’m sure he and Spring Creek will be back in the playoffs next year.
