An above average passer hitting teammates on the go with his great accuracy. A real shifty, quick guard who can beat you off the dribble. A great help as a defender understanding team defense rotations. He can easily be a double double with points and assists on any given night.

Spencer is a true point-guard who comfortably runs the show for South Kent. He has great quickness and athleticism and can shoot it from deep. Most impressive, though, was his patience and IQ in the pick and roll, where he consistently bent the defense and found open three-point shooters and dunker-spot hangers. I don’t know what his recruitment looks like, but he’ll make a coach very happy at the next level with his pose and understanding of the game.

Spencer has turned into a nice 3-and-D player and will do anything to help his team win. At 6’2″ he can guard multiple positions and slides his feet laterally well making it tough to get around him. On the offensive end, he will look to get his shots within catch-and-shoot situations as he is a knockdown shooter from deep. Spencer has tight handles and can weave in and out of defenses looking to get shots in the midrange area.

Spencer can be a 3-and-D type of player because of how he can defend multiple positions while also being able to knock down open three-pointers. At 6’2″ Spencer can guard both the perimeter and paint because of his great lateral movement and athleticism. He thrives in catch-and-shoot situations behind the arc and can get creative without the basketball as he looks to get open for shots.
