Aukeman was coming off a grassroots season that saw his stock soar and he continued that trend at The Expo. He really showed his vertical abilities and his bounciness. Aukeman combines that with his next level frame to play much bigger than his height.

Aukeman is a really good addition to the rankings. He plays with a controlled athleticism that is quite frankly very impressive. Aukeman can play at a high speed and is really solid when filling a wing in transition. He can definitely score, but doesn’t have to be ball heavy or shot heavy in order to get his.

I don;t have any numbers with Aukeman, but I know he passed my eye test at the Prep Hoops Circuit’s Michigan State Tournament. He’s an athletic player that can run the floor and make plays. Aukeman has terrific body control when attacking the rim and made good decisions when attacking. He has a strong frame and should be fun to watch continue to develop.
