Wayman will be an important piece for Sandy Spring this season and he showed that he’s prepared with his play on Sunday. What he lacks in height he makes up for with floor-spacing ability as another prospect on this team who could bury jumpers from three when he had his feet set. He looked to push the tempo in the open floor where he made good decisions as a scorer or distributor after forcing the defender to step up and further expose an advantage. Defensively he wasn’t afraid to pressure the ball, brings active hands and always looked to help out as a weak side defender to halt penetration or clean looks at the rim.

-One of the younger prospects in the showcase, competed throughout each game from start to finish and sprinted back defensively each possession. Pretty good open court defender that worked hard to cut off driving angles to the rim, can knock down open 3s from the wing, made the extra pass and communicated well with his teammates
